Rakija

A Traditional Croatian Liquor, Rakija is produced from fermented and distilled grapes following the wine grape harvest. You can Leave Rakija as it is, a clear high alcohol spirit, Flavour it by steeping with herbs creating Travarica or Sweeten it with fruits turning it into liqueurs, Orahovica, Mirta & Limmoncello. All of the Rakija produced in our valley is for private consumption or sold privately there is no exporting or mass commercial production.
